Ed Constantine
Founder & Principal
Ed founded Value Factor Inc. on a single conviction: that venture building could be engineered like any other industrial process. He studied Mechanical Engineering at UNB and MIT, and began his career in operations at Danaher and HON Industries. In 1996, he founded Simpler Consulting, which became the first proof point for his methodology, scaling into a global services firm that was acquired by IBM.
Since then, he has systematically refined the framework across multiple ventures, industries, and exits. Today, the Branchwork System represents the culmination of that 30-year journey. Ed continues to contribute as a subject matter expert at MIT, where elements of the system are being built into the LEAP TechAMP project.
