Our ideal user is an expert who possesses deep tactical knowledge but needs a "superpower" to translate that insight into the strategic, financially-grounded language of the C-suite and boardroom.

Is Branchwork just another AI chatbot?

No. Generic AI chatbots are "stick shifts" that provide a blank canvas and rely on probabilistic text generation. Branchwork is a "chauffeur." It is an expert system that integrates your knowledge with our proprietary Branchwork System (BWS)—a deterministic, cause-and-effect framework. Every output is auditable and defensible, providing the "show-your-work" rigor required for high-stakes strategic analysis.

How does Branchwork handle my proprietary data?

Your data privacy and security are absolute. Branchwork is built on the enterprise-grade Google Cloud Platform. Your inputs and uploaded files are used solely to generate a response for you and are never used to train public AI models. Your data is encrypted, isolated, and remains your exclusive property, under your control.

Does Value Factor offer direct consulting?

No. Value Factor is a venture studio that builds and sells technology products; we do not sell consulting services. Our business model is to empower our consultant-customers, not compete with them. If a company requires a hands-on transformation leader, we will refer them to one of our trusted partners who use the Branchwork product.

How can I access Branchwork and what does it cost?

Access to Branchwork is currently available through our Founder's Program. The target price for a commercial seat is $25,000 USD per year.
